Passionate Skilled Attorney
I was involved in a misunderstanding where I was accused of taking property that I reasonably believed was abandoned. Even though I was accused of larceny over $250, a felony, Adam was able to negotiate a deal with the prosecutors to get me pretrial diversion. Which means I wasn't even be arraigned or charged with the crime, and after a short probation period my record will be clean like nothing happened. I would strongly suggest anyone with a criminal issue hire Adam.
Caring Effective Attorney Resolved Probation Issue
I was threatened by Probation that my probation would be violated because I went to a Dr.'s appointment (where I tested clean) and arrived 15 minutes late at the OCC to take a drug test there. The only reason I missed my OCC test was because my Dr. at MGH changed my appointment, and since I go there to get therapy, medication, and get tested, I logically thought my MGH appointment should take priority. (I was stipulated to go to MGH for these reasons). Even though I had a Dr.s note explaining the only reason I was late for OCC was because my Dr. changed my appointment, probation didn't care and wanted to violate me anyway. I am happy to say, that once ADAM got involved he was able to navigate the beurocracy of the probation department, and got them to withdraw the violation. I am finally able to put this all behind me thanks to Adam. I highly recommend him.
Professional, motivated, and determined
Adam is extremely intelligent and well-informed. He treated my case on an individual level ensuring that his practice pertained to my specific needs. He is someone you can trust and who will maintain determination and motivated as he works for you as his attorney. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
